Como se trabaja el vocabulario en el aula: Un estudio de caso

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el siguiente documento se presenta una investigación de corte cualitativo. Concretamente, un estudio de caso intrínseco que pretende conocer cómo se trabaja el vocabulario en el aula de una maestra de un centro de Primaria de la capital almeriense. Su metodología innovadora y su singular forma de trabajar esta área han inspirado un estudio exhaustivo del fenómeno en su contexto natural, pues en el desarrollo de sus clases se proponen diversos escenarios y actividades que podrían ser de gran interés para dejar atrás el estudio tradicional de la lengua que aún predomina en las aulas y avanzar hacia un estudio del léxico mucho más rico, amplio y variado. Debido a la crisis provocado por el Covid-19 no se ha podido llevar a cabo dicha investigación, pero sí que se plantea un diseño que permita llevar a cabo la propuesta a la mayor brevedad posible. ABSTRACT: This document presents qualitative research. Specifically, it is an intrinsic case study that seeks to know how vocabulary is worked on in the classroom of a teacher in a primary school in the capital of Almería. The innovative methodology and unique way of working in this area has inspired an exhaustive study of the phenomenon in its natural context, since in the development of its classes various situations and activities are proposed which could be of great interest in order to leave behind the traditional study of the language which still predominates in the classroom and move towards a much richer, wider and more varied study of the lexicon. Because of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 it has not been possible to carry out such research, but a design is proposed that will allow the exercise to be carried out as soon as possible.
