dc.description.abstract	In this paper we show the differences between women and men in the Spanish labor market, focusing the interest in gender gaps in terms of unemployment and vocational behavior, and provides a reflection on why these differences. Furthermore, it highlights the significant role of discrimination against women and the effects it generates in terms of poverty and economic inequality.	es_ES
