Gestión de contenidos en la web para organizaciones públicas: servir al ciudadano optimizando recursos

Abstract

The Web has become the most important means of communication and information broadcasting. It has similarly developed into a virtual platform suitable to carry out administrative formalities, with the consequent cost reduction for organizations and time saving for citizens. This project aims to develop strategies and instruments to assist organizations to promote themselves through the intemet by selecting the content management system which, taking into account the necessary resources for its implementation and subsequent maintenance, might best meet their needs with the purpose of turning it into the primary means for internal and external communication. We have not displaced the focus from the public sector. Accordingly, even if in its general approach this project could be applied to all kinds of organizations, it analyses the most significant aspects pertaining to the public administration.
