La renuncia a la maternidad en el momento del parto

Abstract

La situación de la mujer que no quiere, o no puede, o se siente presionada en mayor o menor medida por la sociedad para no tener un hijo, es un problema que siempre ha estado presente en la historia de la humanidad, este trabajo pretende realizar un estado de la cuestión centrándose en determinados artículos de la ley 19/2015, de 13 de julio, de Medidas de reforma administrativa en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia y del Registro Civil, que, a su vez, ha modificado algunos artículos, de la ley 20/2011, de 21 de julio, del Registro Civil. Y, concretamente, en la introducción de un inciso en el artículo 45.3, que casi pasa del soslayo, que dice lo siguiente: “en caso de renuncia al hijo en el momento del parto, la madre no tendrá esta obligación [promover la inscripción de nacimiento]”.
