Propuesta de intervención sobre los estereotipos de género de la sociedad

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo final de grado emerge de la necesidad de eliminar los estereotipos de género en la sociedad, puesto que hoy en día tanto los hombres como las mujeres seguimos teniendo muy asumidos los roles que debemos desempeñar, lo que nos impide el libre desarrollo. A lo largo de los años, hemos podido observar cómo las mujeres han ocupado un papel secundario en la ciencia, pese a que han realizado maravillosos descubrimientos; cómo algunas personas que no se identifican con estas creencias sienten temor de definir su verdadera identidad; el desconocimiento de otros que no conciben ni aceptan el pensamiento de los más concienciados, etc. Por tanto, construiremos un espacio en la asociación de vecinos de un barrio para reflexionar y debatir sobre estos aspectos. Se ha hecho hincapié en reunir a 10-15 individuos mayores de edad procedentes de diversos contextos familiares con el propósito de que aporten diferentes puntos de vistas que puedan ser contrastados. El objetivo general se tratará de superar los estereotipos de género con el fin de promover la igualdad de género, para ello, se pondrán en práctica 11 actividades en un periodo de tres meses. Es importante que les impacte, pues de esta manera se conseguirá que continúen formándose una vez acabadas y no se queden en el olvido. Indirectamente, mediante estas reuniones, se potenciarán las relaciones interpersonales causando que el entorno cotidiano sea más confortable. Como educadora social, llevaré a cabo una evaluación inicial, procesual y final a fin de anotar la eficacia de la propuesta y proponer mejoras para futuros proyectos. ABSTRACT: This proposal arises from the need to eliminate gender stereotypes in society, since today both men and women are still very much in charge of the roles they should play, which prevents them from developing freely. Over the years, we have been able to observe how women have occupied a secondary role in science, despite the fact that they have made wonderful discoveries; how some people who do not identify with these beliefs are afraid to define their true identity; the ignorance of others who do not conceive or accept the thoughts of those who are more aware, etc. Therefore, we will build a space in the neighborhood association to reflect and debate on these aspects. The emphasis has been placed on bringing together 10-15 individuals of legal age from different family contexts in order to provide different points of view that can be contrasted. The general objective will be to overcome gender stereotypes in order to promote gender equality. To this end, 11 activities will be implemented over a period of three months. It is important that they have an impact, as this will ensure that they continue to be trained after they are finished and are not forgotten. Indirectly, through these meetings, interpersonal relationships will be enhanced causing the daily environment to be more comfortable. As a social educator, I will carry out an initial, process and final evaluation in order to note the effectiveness of the proposal and propose improvements for future projects.
