2021Abstract
Una prioridad actual en la industria de la acuicultura es la sustitución de la harina y aceites de pescado por piensos alternativos con ingrediente de origen vegetal, siendo las algas marinas uno de los mejores recursos sostenibles aprovechables para este fin. No obstante, su inconveniente principal es la presencia de factores antinutritivos, como los polisacáridos no amiláceos (PNA), que pueden afectar en el bienestar del animal, condicionando cada vez más su utilización. Por ello, la suplementación de carbohidrasas exógenas como aditivo alimentario es una de las mejores alternativas para contrarrestar dicha limitación.
