Determinación de aceites minerales en aceite de oliva mediante extracción en fase sólida en combinación con cromatografía de gases-detector de ionización de la llama

2019Abstract
En el presente trabajo fin de grado se ha desarrollado y validado un método de análisis para la determinación de las fracciones de hidrocarburos saturados (MOSH, Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) y aromáticos (MOAH, Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons) de aceites minerales (MOH, Mineral Oil Hydrocarbons) que puedan estar presentes como contaminantes en aceite de oliva. Para su separación de la matriz de la muestra se ha utilizado extracción en fase sólida (SPE, Solid Phase Extraction) y se han determinado mediante cromatografía de gases con detector de ionización de la llama (GC-FID, Gas Chromatography - Flame Ionization Detector). El método ha sido validado con valores de recuperación promedio del 95,6% para MOSH y del 87,0% para MOAH. El método ha sido aplicado al análisis de muestras reales.
