Los trastornos mentales graves (TMG), debido a su alta prevalencia, son un problema de gran magnitud en la población general. Estas personas suelen presentar estilos de vida poco saludables y, factores como principalmente el sedentarismo, la obesidad y el tratamiento farmacológico aumenta el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares y metabólicas, es por ello la importancia de la práctica y adherencia de la actividad física (AF) en el tratamiento y prevención de estos factores. el objetivo es analizar los diferentes estudios desarrollados mediante programas de AF dirigidos a personas con TMG a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura
existente.
