This article presents the procedure followed to carry out the edition of the Antidotary held in Glasgow, University Library, MS Hunter 513. For the purpose, the treatise is fi rst brie fl y described, along with its peculiarities; then, the main dif fi culties encountered during the transcription process are outlined. Finally, the features of the printed edition (including layout, use of critical apparatuses or of a glossary, etc.) are discussed.
