Propuesta de intervención para la mejora del colectivo gitano en espacios educativos

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se sumergirá al lector en una recopilación de información, análisis y conjeturas sobre varias ideas y/o temáticas, con la imprimación de una propuesta socioeducativa. Se tomará al educador social como principal profesional del mismo, por sus competencias y ámbitos de actuación, este mismo TFG se realiza para la universidad de Almería, como culmen al grado de educación social. La propuesta a presentar en sí misma es una respuesta a la necesidad imperativa que actualmente asola a la educación del colectivo gitano, sea o no en barrios marginales, para llevar con mayor eficacia a la consecución de la promoción cultural y visibilidad de este colectivo, siendo detonada esta acción en los espacios educativos actuales, a través de una conciencia de lo que es el curriculum oculto y el trabajo de las temáticas a tratar a través de temas trasversales, sumado a la dedicación y trabajo cooperativo del equipo docente de motivar a su propio alumnado para la convivencia en valores que favorezca la concienciación y la sensibilización del colectivo gitano, tomando a este como referente y portavoz de sí mismo. Así como, demostrar que la figura del educador social es imprescindible en estos planes de intervención para dar apoyo a los diferentes profesionales que actúan en cualquier ámbito, en este caso el educativo. El grupo diana, al cual va dirigido, será la etapa de primaria, aunque se podrá dar en diferentes etapas educativas con sus correspondientes adaptaciones. La idea es crear un equipo interdisciplinar con ideales y valores tales como la tolerancia, la empatía y la concienciación del pueblo gitano, además de otorgar el poder al propio alumnado para ser sus propios referentes, referentes positivos – a lo largo de la propuesta se verá a que nos referimos-. Así como, de crear un ambiente inclusivo y favorecedor que enriquezca su enseñanza. ABSTRACT: In this final project, the reader will be immersed in a collection of information, analysis and conjectures on various ideas and / or themes, with the primer of a socio-educational proposal. The social educator will be taken as the main professional of the same, due to their competences and fields of action, this same TFG is carried out for the University of Almeria, as a culmination of the degree of social education. The proposal to be presented in itself is a response to the imperative need that currently plagues the education of the Roma collective, whether or not in slums, to lead more effectively to the achievement of cultural promotion and visibility of this group, being detonated this action in the current educational spaces, through an awareness of what is the hidden curriculum and the work of the topics to be dealt with through cross-talking topics , in addition to the dedication and cooperative work of the teaching team to motivate their own students for coexistence in values that favors the awareness and awareness of the Roma collective, taking this as a reference and spokesperson for himself. Likewise, to show that the figure of the social educator is essential in these intervention plans to support the different professionals who act in any field, in this case the educational. The target group, to which it is directed, will be the primary stage, although it may take place in different educational stages with their corresponding adaptations. The idea is to create an interdisciplinary team with ideals and values such as tolerance, empathy and awareness of the gypsy people, in addition to empowering the students themselves to be their own references, positive references - throughout the proposal we will see what we mean-. As well as creating an inclusive and supportive environment that enriches his teaching.
