Efectos de un programa breve de entrenamiento psicológico y mindfulness sobre el rendimiento psicológico de jugadoras de voleibol sub-16

2021Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue investigar la eficacia de un programa de intervención de seis semanas de duración basado en el entrenamiento de habilidades psicológicas y mindfulness en el control del estrés, la influencia de la evaluación del rendimiento, la motivación, la habilidad mental y la cohesión de equipo en jóvenes jugadoras de voleibol. Participaron en el estudio 10 jugadoras de voleibol de entre 13 y 16 años (M = 14.40; DT = .84), quienes fueron asignadas de forma aleatoria a los grupos experimental y control. Tras la intervención, se observó la existencia de mejoras estadísticamente significativas en el grupo experimental en el control del estrés (d = 1.79, p = .030), la influencia de evaluación del rendimiento (d = 1.22, p = .038) y la motivación (d = 0.88, p = .043). Las evidencias obtenidas sugieren que programas de intervención de carácter breve que incluyan tanto el entrenamiento de habilidades psicológicas como la práctica de mindfulness podrían resultar eficace...
