La presente publicación trata, como su título indica, del marco legal de las spin-offs o, como las llama la Ley 14/2011 de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación (LCTI) tras su reciente reforma, las entidades basadas en el conocimiento y del régimen fiscal de la Investigación y desarrollo e innovación tecnológica. Precisamente, la principal razón de realizar esta monografía es la promulgación hace fechas muy recientes de varias normas que afectan tanto al régimen legal de las spin-offs como a cuestiones fiscales que son de interés. En particular es de gran interés el contenido de las la Ley 17/2022, de 5 de septiembre, por la que se modifica la LCTI (se cita LMLCTI) que ha afectado a dos bloques muy importante de normas; de un lado insistiendo en potenciar la función de transferencia de los agentes públicos de ejecución del Sistema Español de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación y, por otro, incentivado la creación por éstas de entidades basadas en el conocimiento para llevar a cabo es...
