LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA MEMORIA HISTÓRICA PARA UNA CIUDADANÍA DEMOCRÁTICA A PARTIR DE UN ITINERARIO DIDÁCTICO A LOS REFUGIOS DE LA GUERRA CIVIL DE ALMERÍA

Abstract

El presente TFM tiene como finalidad divulgar el desarrollo de una intervención educativa basada en la Memoria Histórica, en la que la Historia y el Patrimonio se unen para el aprendizaje significativo de una conciencia histórica, de naturaleza cívica y democrática. Para ello, en la primera parte, se elabora un marco fundamentado donde se aborda la educación histórica desde la óptica de la formación ciudadana. A continuación, se analiza la dicotomía inherente al debate sobre el papel de la memoria en la enseñanza de la historia, esto es, la tensa relación protagonizada por el binomio historia-memoria (o memorias) y su relación con la instrucción de ciudadanía. Para finalizar este primer apartado, se incluyen también aportaciones teóricas sobre los itinerarios didácticos y los lugares de memoria, recogiendo experiencias educativas. El marco aplicado se implementa en un centro educativo de la capital almeriense, el I.E.S. “Al-Ándalus”, cuya condición de Comunidad de Aprendizaje permitió la creación de situaciones de aprendizaje basadas en el trabajo en equipo y colaborativo entre todos los agentes de la comunidad educativa implicados en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, como las familias y el profesorado. Es, así pues, una propuesta interactiva que incluye un itinerario didáctico a un lugar de memoria, los Refugios Antiaéreos de la Guerra Civil de Almería, y la creación de un museo de la memoria en el centro, que estimula, por medio de los aspectos vivenciales, el pensamiento histórico y la formulación de una enseñanza histórica fundada en valores cívicos y democráticos. The purpose of the current essay is spreading the development of an educational intervention based on Historical Memory, in which History and Heritage come together for the meaningful learning of a historical awareness, whose nature is civic and democratic. To this end, in the first part, a well-founded framework, in which historical education approaches from a citizenship education perspective, is drawn up. Then, the dichotomy inherent in the debate on the role of memory in the teaching of memory is analyzed. That means the tense relationship between the history-memory (or memories) duality and its relationship with citizenship education. To conclude this first chapter, the theoretical contributions on didactic routes and places of memory are also included, collecting educational experiences. The applied framework is

implemented in an educational centre in the capital of Almería, I.E.S. “Al- Ándalus”, whose condition as Learning Community, allowed the creation of

learning situations based on teamwork and collaboration among all the agents of the educational community involved in the teaching and learning process, such as families and teachers. Therefore, it is an interactive proposal that includes a didactic itinerary to a place of memory, the Civil War Air-Raid Shelters in Almería, and the making of Museum of Memory in the high-school, which stimulates, through experiential aspects, historical thinking and the formulation of a historical education based on civic and democratic values.
