dc.description.abstract | La docencia es uno de los contextos laborales más estresantes afectando psicológicamente a los profesionales. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar el efecto de la frustración de las necesidades psicológicas básicas NPB, de la resiliencia, la inteligencia emocional y la inclusión desde la perspectiva de los docentes en época de pandemia COVID-19. Se ha llevado a cabo en 542 profesores de pedagogía terapéutica y especialistas de necesidades educativas especiales usando como método de investigación los cuestionarios Psychological Need Thwarting Scale PNTS; Resilience Scale (RS-14); Trait Meta Mood Scale 24 (TMMS-24); Maslach Burnout Inventory; Índice para la inclusión. Los resultados revelaron correlaciones positivas por un lado, entre los factores de la frustración entre sí y con el burnout y por otro lado, la correlación positiva también entre la inteligencia emocional, la resiliencia e índice de inclusión. Como conclusiones, remarcar el desgaste físico y emocional que supone la labor docente, la implicación de estos profesionales en el proceso de enseñanza, así como los beneficios que podrían aportar sus prácticas inclusivas en el alumnado con NEE. Teaching is one of the most stressful work contexts, psychologically affecting professionals. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of the frustration of NPB basic psychological needs, resilience, emotional intelligence and inclusion from the perspective of teachers in times of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been carried out in 542 teachers of therapeutic pedagogy and special educational needs specialists using the Psychological Need Thwarting Scale PNTS questionnaires as a research method; Resilience Scale (RS-14); Trait Meta Mood Scale 24 (TMMS-24); Maslach Burnout Inventory; Index for inclusion. The results revealed positive correlations on the one hand, between the factors of frustration among themselves and with burnout and, on the other hand, the positive correlation also between emotional intelligence, resilience and inclusion index. As conclusion, highlight the physical and emotional exhaustion that teaching work entails, the involvement of these professionals in the teaching process, as well as the benefits that their inclusive practices could bring to students with SEN. | es_ES |
